Joe Ford
President

A native Texan, Joe has been a part of the community since 2015. He and his business partner operate Network Funding Mortgage here in South Fork. With a background in Corporate Accounting & Finance, Joe is detail oriented, and client focused.

Joe enjoys fishing, ATVing and cross-country skiing. He is an active member of Gateway Church. With his home and business here, he is dedicated to being a part of the success, progress and growth of South Fork.

Dusty Hund
Vice-President

Dusty, a Texas Tech University graduate from 2013, now serves as a Broker Associate for Team Murphy Realty in South Fork. Previously, he held roles as Director of the South Fork Visitor Center and Marketing Director, demonstrating his ongoing dedication to the town. Outside of work, Dusty embraces mountain life, indulging in activities like fly fishing, snowboarding, and backpacking.

Renee LeSueur
Office Administrator

Renee LeSueur is a proud native of the San Luis Valley, whose summers in South Fork attending the Little Britches Rodeos fostered a deep love for the community. Returning to her hometown in 2021, Renee now focuses her energy on supporting and nurturing the growth of local businesses, driven by a strong dedication to their success. During her off-time, she finds solace and adventure in fishing, and hiking, immersing herself in the natural beauty that surrounds South Fork, and fueling her passion for the great outdoors.

Tara Lloyd
Board Member

Tara Lloyd is the Hotel Manager for LOGE Wolf Creek. A native of the San Luis Valley, she was born and raised in Monte Vista, Co. In 2008, she made the decision to move to South Fork with her four children, though she’s unsure what exactly led her there. Nevertheless, she discovered a love for the area’s beauty and a supportive community. With years of experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in restaurants, Tara found a new passion for lodging and embarked on her journey with LOGE in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends and connecting with newcomers to South Fork. Tara looks forward to witnessing the future growth of South Fork and is thrilled to be a part of it.

Andrea Spencer
Board Member

Andrea is a New Jersey native and graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. After a long career in Health Care, she shifted to utilizing her right brain and entered the retail arena and purchased a custom picture framing shop in the Denver area. There she cultivated her love for art and developed marketing skills to create a successful business. After meeting and marrying her husband, Don, she moved to the San Luis Valley and the town of South Fork.  At Spencer Architecture Studio, Andrea is part of a team that provides creative ideas and design solutions for the large rural areas it serves. Andrea loves camping, cooking, travel, golf, snow-shoeing and hiking.

Andrea is a member of the Economic Development Committee of the City of Alamosa, Alamosa County Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of South Fork Chamber of Commerce, and Pagosa Springs Area Chamber of Commerce.

Sara Rushing
Board Member

Sarah and her husband Bobby Jack are co-owners of Silver Thread Basecamp. A native Texan and
relative newcomer to the area, Sarah enjoys exploring the mountain trails, identifying the vast array of
flora, and discovering adventures around the San Luis Valley. She especially enjoys promoting the area’s
stunning natural beauty and the myriad opportunities for outdoor experiences. Sarah looks forward to
being part of the friendly, growing community of business owners in South Fork.

Brandon Davis
Board Member

Brandon grew up in South Fork before endeavoring into a film career in Los Angeles, where he became a producer and writer for Larry King and the director for several productions.

Brandon now works as the Member and Marketing Director for the Rio Grande Club in South Fork. He hopes to assist the town he grew up in become even stronger.
