Nestled at the base of the mountains with beautiful views, Chinook Cabins & RV Park offers 18 oversized RV sites and 12 rustic cabins from the 1890s to early 1900s, renovated with modern amenities and uniquely themed decor. There’s a community fire pit and pavilion for gatherings and events. Basketball hoop, horseshoes & tether ball area, plus plenty of parking for trailers & toys.
Relax at the lodge or head to the great outdoors for fishing, rafting, skiing, snowboarding or snowmobiling, depending on the season. Chinook is only 18 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area and just a few miles from the South Fork Nordic Trail for cross country skiing. There are miles of ATV and hiking trails in the area to enjoy. South Fork is also home to one of Colorado’s premier golf courses, The Rio Grande Club & Resort – open for dining and public play!
