The South Fork Friends Foundation is a philanthropic organization focused on enhancing South Fork’s unique appeal by funding activities that highlight the area’s amazing beauty, build community relationships, encourage volunteerism and bring creative projects to life. Projects include but are not limited to the SFFF Garden Club, Adopt-a-Highway, Annual Townwide Garage Sale, Annual Arts & Crafts Festival, monthly ladies’ gatherings, Annual Alder Ass Pack Burro Race, Annual Yuletide Christmas Tree Lighting with Santa Claus, Annual Winterfest Craft Fair, and the administration Rickel Park skating rink with complimentary loaner skates. SFFF participates in many other community events & activities with funding and/or volunteerism.
